Who Is Eligible for the NDIS?
To access the NDIS, you must:
Be under 65 years old when applying
Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a Protected Special Category Visa
Have a permanent and significant disability that affects your ability to take part in everyday activities
Need support from others, equipment, or services now and into the future
