Who Is Eligible for the NDIS?
To access the NDIS, you must
- Be under 65 years old when applying
- Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a Protected Special Category Visa
- Have a permanent and significant disability that affects your ability to take part in everyday activities
- Need support from others, equipment, or services now and into the future
You may also be eligible if you have a psychosocial disability or developmental delay.
